Submissions for the 4th FREEDOM Film Festival are now open! Filmmakers from Poland and all around the world are invited to submit their short films exploring the theme of freedom. The call for entries runs until April 15, 2025.
On July 9, 2025, FREEDOM Film Festival will return to Radom for its fourth edition, once again presenting bold, nonconformist, and thought-provoking cinema that embraces the spirit of freedom. Have you created such a film? Or perhaps your work captures the essence of freedom in a more unconventional way? Either way—submit your film to the 4th FREEDOM Film Festival!
4th FREEDOM Film Festival – what kind of films are we looking for?
Short films can be submitted to two competition sections:
- National Short Film Competition (for Polish productions)
- International Short Film Competition (open to global entries)
For both contests, we are looking for films:
- of any form, genre, or style,
- on any topic (but exploring the theme of freedom in any of its many forms),
- of maximum runtime of 40 minutes,
- which have been produced after April 15, 2023,
- which haven’t been submitted to previous editions of the festival.
How to submit your film?
To enter your film into one of the two competitions read the festival regulations and fill out the entry form.
There is no limit to the number of films a filmmaker can submit. However, each film can only be submitted into one competition (as selected in the entry form).
