The film focuses on intimate interviews with residents conducted in the gymnasium of a private sanatorium. Repetitive exercises serve as catalysts for personal stories of pain and pleasure, revealing the most vivid moments of human life. The documentary is not only an aesthetic essay on suffering but also a story of regeneration and strength of spirit.

Maciej Czuchryta (born in 1994) graduated from the Department of Stage Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and is currently a directing student at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School. He works as a scenographer and creator of theatrical animations. Since 2021, he has been collaborating with Platige Image studio.
