“Świeżak” is a two-year-long observation of fifteen-year-old Jędrek, confined in a juvenile detention center. Cut off from his family and loved ones, the boy tries to find his place in a new, brutal environment. At first, he is weak and lonely, but eventually he finds a friend – Wojtek. Together, they grow up in the facility, which gradually becomes their home.
