During a family dinner, Alicja’s parents announce that they plan to get married around the time of her due date. Because of this, they won’t be able to be there for their daughter during these important moments. Alicja becomes furious, and her mother, Renata, reveals the truth – she only has two months left to live and wants to make the most of that time.

Student of the Wajda School’s Studio Prób program. For 20 years, she has served as the director of the Ensemble Festival. A graduate of screenwriting courses and a scholarship recipient from the ZAiKS Authors’ Association Creativity Support Fund. Her film “Zakalec” won 3rd prize in the narrative film category at the “Złoty Samorodek” competition in Złotoryja, received the award for Best Cinematography at the “Krótko Tosiek” contest in Skierniewice, and was nominated for competitions including “Offeliada” in Gniezno and the Polish Film Festival in Los Angeles.
